After a twenty-two year career at USWest, I followed my dream back to Oregon. Raised in Osceola Wisconsin, I joined the Northwestern Bell after graduating from Augsburg College. During my career, I spend two wonderful years as the general manger for Oregon. I loved visiting the wineries on weekends and told my friends that in my next life I am going to buy a winery and move back to Oregon.
Not patient enough to wait until a next life I sold my lifetime supply of pantyhose and moved into my dream world in 1997. I have formed many new friendships and renewed past relationships as well. From the telephone friends who unionized Memorial Weekend activities, to the cleanup and harvest crews, old friends have merged with new. Airlie is truly more than just a stop along the way it is a place to sit and stay!
